Yoga Quick 40 is a 2 part mini series with two classes that are 20 minutes each. One is focused on the upper body and one on the lower body. Yoga Quick 40 is a combination of Yoga and Fitness.
Yoga Quick 40 has changed my practice as a whole. I've become stronger and more flexilable in my yoga practice. By adding these strength builders to your practice can be very effective.
